drinks and NOS Energy drinks use Instagram like they use their other social
media’s. Rockstar post 2 to 5 post
pictures and videos everyday about many sports (ex. surfing, motor racing) and
sponsorships on monster trucks and models to gain attention. They also post about events and their new
products (ex. Rockstar Revolt). NOS
posts pictures and videos 1 to 3 times every week about motor racing
sponsorships and mix martial arts sports.
A lot of them had pictures with their energy drinks in them. Both companies mostly do these post with
sponsorships to get more extreme sports fans interested in their products and
see them as adrenalin fueling products.
Both social media’s show pictures and videos as well as some hashtags
(ex. #WithThisNOSIWill). A popular NOS
post is a picture of a hand holding a NOS energy drink can and it has 280
likes. This seem popular because it
shows a clean can of its product (which new views want to see instead of a
bunch of sports stuff). A popular
Rockstar post has over 10 thousand likes and is of female models posing. This is popular because most people who drink
energy drinks are males (who will get aroused from female models). NOS Energy and Rockstar Energy both use
Instagram well but Rockstar seem to have the upper hand with more followers on
their page (over 700 thousand).
